  • Shipping & Delivery
  • GENERAL DELIVERY POLICY: By use of this site, customers authorize the carrier to leave a package at the destination delivery address without obtaining a signature if the carrier driver deems the location to be safe. Customers who are not able to locate the package that is claimed as delivered must follow the instructions for filing a claim listed below under the sub-heading "Incorrect Delivery and Lost Package Claims." CANCELLATION POLICY: Safety Selections fills most orders within 48 hours of order of payment verification. Once an order is accepted, there is no guarantee an order may be cancelled. Any order that is not able to be cancelled must be accepted upon delivery and authorized for return following the GENERAL RETURN POLICY listed below. Please also refer to sections titled "REFUSED SHIPMENT POLICY" and "Unauthorized Returns." CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS POLICY: Changes to delivery addresses (when possible), may cause a $10.00 fee to be added to your order in the following cases: 1) You provided an inaccurate address to Safety Selections, or 2) you have the delivery forwarded to an alternate location after the order was placed.


  • Sales Tax
  • TAXES: The total price of any order will include applicable state sales taxes only. All other taxes which may be applicable are the sole responsibility of and shall be paid by the Customer. Safety Selections, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.


  • Warranties
  • WARRANTY POLICY: Safety Selections warrants all parts and accessories for thirty (30) days from the shipping date (the "Safety Selections Warranty"). Defective parts must be returned within (30) days of the shipping date for refund or exchange. Batteries and battery life are excluded from this warranty. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY. THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." SAFETY SELECTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, AND FREEDOM FROM ERRORS, VIRUSES, BUGS, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.


  • Return Policy
  • GENERAL RETURN POLICY: Authorized Returns: All returns MUST be pre-authorized by contacting returns@SafetySelections.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). All products returned for "non-quality" related reasons will incur a return/restocking fee ($3.00 for each item purchased with a minimum of $5.00 per order). Shipping and Handling charges are never refunded. Note: Inoperative flashing LED lights or products containing inoperative flashing LED lights should NOT be returned. If this occurs, contact info@SafetySelections.com for replacement LED flashing lights or replacement batteries. All returned products must be in an unused and resalable condition. Authorization of a return does not guarantee that credit will be issued. If applicable, Safety Selections will issue credit in the form of a company check upon the inspection and acceptance of a returned package. Authorized returns must be received by the warehouse no later than 30 days from the date of the original shipment to the customer. Packages received more than thirty (30) days after original shipment date may not be accepted for credit. Please see "PROCESS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE" below. Note: At the time a return authorization is issued, Safety Selections, at its sole discretion, may choose to reimburse customer for the reasonable costs of the return of defective product, or may provide a pre-paid return call tag for use in shipping the return product back. Most return call tags are delivered to the customer via E-Mail. It is the customer's responsibility to notify Safety Selections if the call tag is not received within 48 hours from return authorization. Safety Selections is not responsible for delay or failure of call tag delivery due to spam blockers, virus scanners, or junk mail filters. Unauthorized Returns: An unauthorized return is defined as any package returned to Safety Selections without the proper return authorization code on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns may include any package refused by the customer during a delivery attempt. Unauthorized returns received by Safety Selections may be refused at the warehouse, returned to the sender, or possibly accepted by Safety Selections with no credit being issued. In any of these cases, the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of shipping the package back to the Safety Selections without reimbursement of shipping costs. Unauthorized returns may result in a delay in application of credit due the customer, if applicable. PROCESS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE: 1) Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: All returns must have an RA number for processing. Email Safety Selections at claims@safetyselections.com to receive a Return Authorization number. RA numbers are only valid for thirty (30) days from the date of original product shipment to the customer. 2) Include the RA number on the outside of the package: RA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Safety Selections. Do not write the RA number on the actual item box. Packages without an RA number on the return shipping label will not be accepted. 3) Ship within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of original shipment to the customer. Packages received after 30 days of original shipment will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. 4) Repack in original packaging: Enclose everything originally received, including all components, manuals, and registration cards. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. Safety Selections is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. REFUSED SHIPMENT POLICY: A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Safety Selections to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof. REFUNDED PAYMENTS POLICY: Credit will be issued in the form of a Safety Selections company check made payable to the "sold-to" customer and sent to the address of record. Issuance of check may take up to 10 business days from the date the pre-authorized return is received. Credit will be issued for product value, tax, and shipping costs less any return/re-stocking fees (where applicable). RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY: Safety Selections may provide a pre-paid return call tag label depending on the reason a return is requested. The customer is held responsible for all shipping fees where a pre-paid call tag label is not provided. CLAIMS POLICY: Visible Damage, Concealed Damage, and Missing Content Claims. Visible Damage is defined as any damage to the packaging that is identifiable without opening the package at the time of delivery. Concealed Damage is defined as any damage that is not immediately noticeable at the time the package is opened or when the product is first used. Missing Content is defined as any package that is missing product that the packing slip states is included. These types of claims must be made directly to Safety Selections within five business days of delivery. Any claims made after that time can not be honored. Please contact Safety Selections at claims@safetyselections.com to make such a claim. Incorrect Delivery and Lost Package Claims. Incorrect Delivery is defined as any incident where the driver delivers the package to the wrong address or individual. Lost Packages may occur in two ways. First, lost packages may occur when packages are not able to be located within the carrier's network. Second, a package may be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving the package on the doorstep, but the customer can not locate the package. Both incorrect delivery and lost package incidents are usually discovered through standard tracking of the package. Claims for either of these problems must be made directly to Safety Selections upon discovery. No claims will be honored after 30 days from original shipment date. Please contact Safety Selections at claims@safetyselections.com to make such a claim. Incorrect Product Claims. Safety Selections must be notified directly within 30 days of shipment of any package received where the contents are incorrect. Please contact Safety Selections at claims@safetyselections.com to make such a claim. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Safety Selections, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

The AAA shall appoint a panel of three arbitrators, at least one of which shall be a member of the Bar of the State of Minnesota and shall have no power to alter or modify any of the provisions of this Agreement or to render any award which effectuates any such alteration or modification. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be binding and conclusive upon all parties involved and judgment upon any award of the arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having competent jurisdiction. This provision shall be specifically enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Safety Selections, LLC with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Safety Selections, LLC with respect to this Web site.
